- Handle recruitment process end to end
- Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles
- Sourcing job applicants from the database and exploring employment opportunities
- Report (monthly) for any recruiting progress (Database selection and New HIre)
- Make an advertisement for promote our job vacancy through social media 
- Manpower Planning

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent
- Fresh Graduate or at least 1 year of working exprience at the same position, preferably having background from Hotel, Food & Beverage or Retail Industry 
- Familiar with psychological test and processing the result (DAP & BAUM)
- Fluent in English is a must
- Can work under pressure, target oriented, good interpersonal, and communication skill
