- Manage and supervise the operational Hotel Business activity to achive customer satisfaction and company goals
- Manage the work of subordinate manager/ staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner cosistent with organizational requirements
- Effectively managing and organizing our customer in oreder to ensure that client service standarts are maintained and continously improved. Planning, coordinating, implementing and controlling to find solutions for operational in order to meet customer demand.
- Manage and motivate teams in order to provide high quality services for customer
- Develpos employees motivation and team spirit by creating a good working atmosphere.
- Carry out duities and create new sales or business opportunities.
- Follow up sales inquiries and sales prospects.
- Liaise and maintain goos relationship with customer.
- Ensure to achive quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably CEO/ GM specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
